Bob Matoesian


Robert (Bob) is an experienced Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management and Project Management professional with more than seventeen years of experience in a variety of industries/environments, including: Financial, Human Resources, Legal, Time & Expense, Procurement and Accounts Payable.  In addition, Bob has extensive call center/support services experience.  He has worked on efforts to reengineer, move, merge and segregate call centers.

Bob is skilled in cultivating persuasive change by using creative problem solving, leading business transitions and helping customers visualize, understand and accomplish their goals.  He has managed large-scale initiatives (including providing post-implementation support and debriefs), conducted change impact/readiness assessments, managed leadership/sponsorship engagement (including stakeholder assessments), designed organization structures, developed job descriptions, implemented performance management programs/metrics, assembled a change network, created/executed training (including preparing related materials) and managed communications (written and verbal) for both internal and external audiences.

Bob’s expertise has been established through his ability to translate business needs into effective technical and process reengineering solutions.  As an experienced Project\Program Manager, he has envisioned, planned, prioritized, staffed and led multiple integration\development initiatives.  Additionally, he has built client, vendor and developer relationships and planned strategic solutions, based on client needs and business objectives.  He has also led teams providing IT operations support and issue/risk management.  He has experience with a number of technologies: SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft.NET, XML, HTML, Java Script and other Portal/Web-based technologies.

Bob has a graduate degree and an extensive background in Change Management, IT Program\Project management and Consultation that exceeds goals and expectations. He also has excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, he has outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to reach all audiences (e.g., clients, team members, and senior management).

Bob has worked extensively in an international environment, including: Spain, India, Manila, Singapore, Ireland, and Argentina.  He has been able to bridge cultural differences, enabling clients to realize or exceed their objectives.
