MANAGING PARTNER

Rishi is an experienced management consultant with more than ten years of hands-on consulting experience specializing in large system integration programs, enterprise change management, business process design, professional development programs, training, performance support, communications, and organization design.  Rishi has full project life cycle implementation experience with SAP Business Intelligence and Integrated Planning (SAP BI IP), SAP Finance, SAP Human Resources, and Peoplesoft Financials for clients such as Accenture (internal Finance and Human Resources implementations) and Carrefour.

Rishi’s training and performance support activities surrounding ERP systems implementations includes assessing change impacts, designing new organizational structures and job profiles, defining and executing workforce transition strategies, developing and executing communication strategies/plans, developing and executing training strategies/plans, developing training content, planning and executing training, and project management. Rishi has used uPerform, Captivate, Snagit, Microsoft Office and Apple iWork Applications to develop user guides, computer-based training modules, simulations, and training environments.

Rishi is an active volunteer and mentor to underprivileged youth, and has recently completed a medical mission trip to Asia to provide food, medical supplies, and education to disadvantaged children.
