Change Leadership
Successful change efforts involve the appropriate leadership throughout the project (before, during, and after implementation).

Leadership exists at many different levels and has many different roles and responsibilities. In essence, the leadership must formulate and lead the change so other employees can follow.
BSP helps clients build and maintain project leadership by identifying project sponsorship roles and responsibilities, formulate the project’s vision and demand for change; establish regular involvement from a steering committee, and develop change agents within the organization to build awareness and support for the change effort.
